See Photos Of Diddy For The First Time Since Cassie Lawsuit Settlement (Exclusive)

Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy for abuse, assault, and trafficking is just days behind him. The former couple settled on Friday (Nov. 17), just one day after she filed in New York. Over the weekend, The Shade Room obtained exclusive images of Diddy following the settlement.

The photos mark the first time Diddy’s been spotted since he and Cassie decided to “amicably” settle. Photographers captured Diddy at his Miami home.

The music mogul wore navy blue sweatpants, a black tee, and black sneakers in the photos. He appeared to be lounging in a courtyard area in his home. Over 80 images show Diddy standing, sitting, and hunched over with his head in his hands.

At one point, Diddy is also seen talking on his cell phone and sipping a liquid from an orange-red cup.

Some of the images include Diddy’s longtime assistant, Kristina Khorram — also casually dressed under a white robe– in his company. They’re seen arriving at the outside seating, engaging in a conversation, and looking at a cell phone and laptop.

Diddy & Cassie Settle Graphic Lawsuit

On Saturday, the producer issued a follow-up statement about the settlement, saying it was not an admission of guilt. He issued the statement via his lawyer Ben Brafman.

“Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

As for Cassie, she told the New York Times on Friday that she settled on terms that were in her control.

“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie said. “I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

At this time, the amount Cassie and Diddy settled on is not public information.

However, in an initial statement to the lawsuit, Diddy’s lawyer Ben accused Cassie of “blatant blackmail.” He said the ‘Official Girl’ singer had been trying to get $30 million from Diddy at the “threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship.”

Meanwhile, Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, said the producer had offered Cassie “eight figures” so she wouldn’t file the lawsuit, and Cassie declined.

As previously reported, Cassie sought “injunctive, declaratory, and monetary relief” from the producer. She filed under New York’s temporary act that allowed adult assault and abuse survivors to file against alleged perpetrators between last November and the 23rd of this month.

Her lawsuit accused Diddy of rape, sexual abuse and trafficking, physical assault, and introducing her to a drug-fueled lifestyle. The “Me&U” singer revealed that she still suffers nightmares recalling her trauma and has struggled with the aftermath of addiction.

According to the court docs, Casie sought “justice for the decade of her life that Mr. Combs took away from her with threats of violence, excessive use of drugs, physical and psychological abuse, and sexual slavery.”
