Diddy‘s hospital stay reportedly was NOT due to a prison fight with Jamaican drug lord Christopher “Dudus” Coke, according to his family and the Bureau of Prisons. The family spoke out after reports claimed that his recent ER trip was due to a fight with Dudus over lost privileges.

Family Denies Diddy Had Prison Fight With Jamaican Drug Lord
Earlier this week, a report by TMZ claimed that Diddy’s prison perks at Fort Dix being exposed led to lost privileges and subsequently, a prison fight. However, his family denied the fight ever took place, and the Bureau of Prisons is apparently backing them up!
TMZ claimed that a source told them Coke and Diddy came to blows over a confiscated cell phone. The Shade Room reported that an ambulance took Diddy to the hospital on Saturday, October 10, but the family said it has nothing to do with Dudus.

‘The Breakfast Club‘ host Loren LoRosa says she spoke to the family, and they denied that the fight ever happened, and the story is false.
“I spoke to a family member of Diddy’s who tells me that this story is completely false,” LoRosa said. “I know in the story that was published, it said that, you know, there was like the altercation happened at some point when Diddy was able to be released cuz they get some time outside of the hole that they’re in. And I’m told that when he is allowed outside of the, uh, wherever they’re holding him at, in the shoe, that time is guarded. So, it wouldn’t have been able to happen.”
Furthermore, LoRosa noted that the family member revealed that the two are on opposite sides of the prison. In addition, they said there was no prison investigation about the matter.
“From what I’m told,” she continued. “There’s not even an investigation happening on this yet… They’re on two different sides of Fort Dix.”
LoRosa added that Diddy is even guarded in the shower. Plus, he’s been in solitary confinement since his prison lifestyle was exposed. The music mogul was recently caught on video with a cell phone. Afterward, he was sent to solitary, and the family says he’s always guarded.
Bureau Of Prisons Confirms Family’s Story
TMZ now reports the Bureau of Prisons issued a statement to the outlet also denying the story.
“We can tell you that the story you are referring to is false and did not happen,” the statement reads.
Not only that, but the Bureau of Prisons said when asked about Diddy’s alleged head injury, “We have no additional information to provide.”
LoRosa added that the family doesn’t appreciate Diddy’s hospital visit being public.
“They’re upset, his family, because his hippo laws were violated,” said LoRosa. “Like no one should even know that he got taken to the hospital.”
More On Christopher “Dudus” Coke
Per ABC News, Christopher “Dudus” Coke’s extradition to the U.S. back in 2012 prompted a deadly civil war. Dudus was convicted of drug trafficking and sentenced to 23 years in prison. He reportedly pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy and conspiracy to commit assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. Coke was popular in Jamaica because he was generous with cash in West Kingston. After the extradition was announced, communities made road blocks and installed explosive devices to stop his arrest. A month-long deadly civil war broke out until a preacher arranged for Dudus to surrender peacefully.
“From his home base in Jamaica, Christopher Coke presided over an international drug and weapons trafficking organization that he controlled through violence and intimidation for nearly two decades,” New York U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said at the time. “With his conviction, he is no longer able to traffic drugs in the U.S., move guns across our border, or terrorize people, and with today’s sentence; he will now spend a very long time in prison for his crimes.”
