Last week DMX joined his former label mates in Brooklyn for their Ruff Ryders Reunion show. Many fans were excited to see DMX, and other artists like Eve and Swizz Beats on stage together again.
It has been almost a week since the show, and DMX has reportedly had to cancel his upcoming shows.
According to TMZ, the cancellation of his shows was due to a “medical emergency.”
The 46-year-old rapper had a show scheduled in Santa Ana, CA on Tuesday, but the venue had to reportedly inform the ticket holders that show was canceled due to the medical emergency.
He also had a show scheduled in Los Angeles on Wednesday, and another in San Diego on Thursday, but both shows were postponed.
Sources reportedly revealed to TMZ, that people in his inner circle have been concerned about his health. DMX has been known to struggle with substance abuse in his past.
Nonetheless, he has been known to also overcome those obstacles. TMZ reports that friends fear the rapper may have allegedly relapsed.
