Dr. Dre And Snoop Dogg Represent For The West Coast During Super Bowl Halftime Show Performance

Roommates, the long-awaited Super Bowl halftime show finally arrived and Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg kicked things off in a major way by repping for the Westside HEAVY at this year’s Super Bowl!! The two friends and frequent collaborators took fans back briefly with some of their biggest hits to get the crowd hype and up on their feet to celebrate a Super Bowl performance to remember.

Ever since it was announced last year that this year’s Super Bowl halftime show would be centered on hip hop, fans have been waiting with anticipation to see how it would all come together. Naturally, Dr. Dre and Snoop opened up the show by trading verses on some of their biggest hits and classic hip hop anthems.

The two were performing on a stage that resembled a house, complete with an upstairs, downstairs and a rooftop. Always one to rep his city, Snoop didn’t miss the opportunity to bust out his iconic Crip Walk on the Super Bowl halftime show stage for everyone to see.

Meanwhile, Dr. Dre did double duty, as he also performed in the sets of the other artists sets, specifically Eminem.

At the time of their performance, the Los Angeles Rams were down in points (and many L.A. fans were fearing the worst,) but perhaps Dre and Snoop gave the team all the fuel they needed to pull off the last minute win and become this year’s champions.
