Drake was a special guest at Tyler The Creator’s annual Camp Flog Gnaw Festival in Los Angeles and it seems like audience members were not appreciative of his presence on stage. In several videos going around, it can be heard that he was being booed while on stage before making an exit.

According to Billboard, Drizzy reportedly ended his set 20 minutes early due to the harsh reaction from the crowd. He said, “Like I said, I’m here for you. If you want me to keep going, I’ll keep going.” Before making his official exit from the stage he continued. “It’s been, love. I go by the name of Drake, thank you for having me.”

According to the site, an Instagram Live led many people to believe that Frank Ocean was supposed to be the special guest.
Nonetheless, Drake was able to perform a few songs before bringing his set to an end. “I’m Upset,” and “Going Bad,” were among the songs he performed. Fans of Drake are sticking up for him in reaction to the whole moment.
One person said “Drake deserved better than to be booed off stage by entitled rude ‘fans.'”
Another fan shared a video of Tyler The Creator standing in the crowd enjoying Drake’s performance and said, “Looking over my vids and Tyler was so happy. Drake didn’t deserve to go out the way he did.”
