Druski and Odell Beckham Jr. are speaking out after their names appeared in a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. In an amended complaint, Ashley Parham named the comedian and NFL player as two participants in a gang assault at an alleged 2018 gathering.
As details from Parham’s lawsuit went viral, Druski hopped online to shut down the “fabricated lie.” Odell and Diddy’s legal team also slammed the lawsuit, citing factual inaccuracies by Parham and her attorney.

Details From Ashley Parham’s Lawsuit
As mentioned, this latest sexual assault allegation against Druski, Odell, and Diddy surfaced over the weekend. According to journalist La’Janeé of Exclusive Deets, Parham initially filed the paperwork in October 2024 but amended it on March 7 to add several entertainers. Druski is listed by his birth name, Drew Desbordes. Odell Beckham Jr. and singer Jaguar Wright were also added.
In the 87-page amended lawsuit, Ashley Parham initially said that Diddy and others “gang-raped” her at a friend named Shane’s home. She had met Shane in February 2018 at a bar. Soon after, he allegedly flexed his connection to Diddy with a FaceTime call. Parham said she was unimpressed because she believed the producer had a connection to Tupac Shakur’s death. Combs heard her remarks and allegedly threatened to make Ashley “pay.” The following month, Parham was at Shane’s house when Diddy allegedly showed up unannounced. She now believes Shane set her up.
Upon his arrival, Sean Combs allegedly taunted her about her Tupac comments before holding a knife to her face and threatening to slash it. Then, he and another defendant seemingly attempted and failed to implant an IUD in her. Afterward, Combs allegedly sexually assaulted Ashley with a remote as several John Does looked on. Parham said that Diddy then instructed Shane to anally rape Ashley before doing so himself and instructing another man to do so as well.

Druski Slams Assault Allegations
In the amended lawsuit, Ashley Parham said, Diddy also instructed the comedian to rape her. Additionally, she claims that Druski first covered her in “more oil/lubricant” before jumping on top of Ashley’s “naked and oiled body.” The lawsuit reportedly states that Dru treated the plaintiff’s body “like a slip and slide” while “knocking the wind out of her” because of his “enormous size.”
Afterward, the comedian allegedly “began taking Plaintiff vaginally” after nearly sliding off Ashley’s body and the bed, per Exclusive Deets. The lawsuit further accuses Diddy of watching and recording the alleged act while self-pleasing. Druski didn’t let the weekend end without addressing Ashley Parham’s lawsuit across his social media platforms. He didn’t name-drop the accuser but clarified that the lawsuit was a “fabricated lie.” Additionally, he claimed that in 2018, he didn’t have access to the entertainment industry or the means to party in it.
“I was broke, living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish,” the comedian said in a written statement.
He added that his “heart breaks for actual victims of abuse” but that he’s confident evidence will clear his name and expose “this falsehood.” He also seemed to imply that Parham was “maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Odell Reacts To Druski’s Statement & Releases His Own
As for Odell Beckham Jr., the amended lawsuit reportedly claims Diddy called him Cornelius during the ordeal. The former Miami Dolphins player is accused of also taking a turn at sexually assaulting Ashley. Beckham addressed the amended complaint in an X (formally Twitter) reply to Druski’s statement. In addition to seemingly denying the assault occurred, he uplifted the comedian.
“Boy, I’ll tell u what. This world makes absolutely no sense. I am covered by God. He will prevail. I kno who am I, I kno who u are, keep ur head. That name will be cleared. Shxts stupid,” Odell wrote.
Additionally, on Monday afternoon, Odell Beckham Jr. released an official statement shutting down Ashley’s allegations. He expressed disbelief at being mentioned in the lawsuit.
“There is absolutely no truth to those allegations. I do not know and have never met the person that filed the suit. I was not anywhere near Orinda, California at that time. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever even been to Orinda, CA. I have never done anything like that, and I would never do anything like that to anyone. I’m confident that these ridiculous claims against me will be dismissed,” the statement said.
Diddy’s Mother Also Accused Of Involvement, His Team Slams Lawsuit For Inaccuracies
Ultimately, Parham said in her lawsuit that more than 10 individuals were involved, and the entertainers weren’t the only names she dropped! She also accused Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, of trying to convince her not to report that alleged rape. Article 109 of the amended lawsuit states:
“Defendant Diddy then called Defendant Janice in an effort to further convince Plaintiff not to report her assault. Defendant Janice yelled at Plaintiff to not hurt her son. Plaintiff told Defendant Janice that her son had violently raped Plaintiff. Defendant Janice, seemingly unphased by the statement, then continued her demands with Plaintiff to take the money being offered and not report the rape to law enforcement.”
While Janice Combs hasn’t directly addressed the allegation, her son’s legal team did! They suggested the new complaint was another money grab. Additionally, they highlighted that the lawyer involved is already being sued for defamation against Sean Combs. Like Odell, Diddy’s legal team denied that the producer was in Orinda, CA, at the time of the alleged assault.
“…The Contra Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation. In an attempt to salvage her claims following an investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry partners.”
