Halle Bailey and DDG’s custody fight over their son Halo is getting messy, with DDG’s brother DuB now caught in the middle of things. On a recent Twitch stream, DuB was shook reading Halle’s court documents, which called out his recent alleged brawl at DreamCon. He’s confused why his name is even in it since DDG wasn’t involved.

DuB Reacts to Halle Name-Dropping Him in Court Docs
As The Shade Room previously reported, Halle Bailey responded to DDG in a court declaration filed on June 4. In her response, she countered some of his claims amid their ongoing custody battle. But what left DuB shocked was seeing his name pop up in the actress’ legal docs.
During his Twitch stream on June 5, DuB went through Halle’s paperwork live and noted she referenced a TikTok video from the last weekend in May. If you recall, DDG, DuB, and some friends attended the DreamCon convention that weekend. But things ended up getting a little heated when a man taunted DDG by referring to him as “Doo Doo Garbage.” Seconds later, a brawl broke out, allegedly involving DDG’s brother and the individual who has since stated that he plans to take legal action. In her filing, Halle wrote:
“Darryl and his brother were recorded on TikTok being involved in a fist fight with another man. I will bring this video to Court. Darryl and the people around him are aggressive and angry, which leads me to believe this is not a safe environment for Halo.”
DuB’s jaw dropped as he highlighted the portion on his computer screen. “You dirty b****,” he said, proceeding to tell his viewers that DDG was well PR-trained. “We ain’t,” he cackled. DuB then turned up his music in what appeared to be an attempt to lighten the mood and shake off the drama. But the mention of his alleged incident at DreamCon was still heavy on his mind as he clapped back:
“What the f*** do me getting into something have to do with my brother? He ain’t even say anything, he didn’t even do anything. I ain’t gone lie, bruh, I ain’t even do nothing.”

Halle Denies DDG’s Allegations About Her Mental Health
In her newly filed declaration, the ‘Little Mermaid’ star hit back at DDG for exaggerating and misconstruing her mental health struggles. Halle admitted to having faced her fair share of mental health struggles in the past, though she assured she sought treatment through the help of a therapist. “I have been very vocal about my anxiety, depression, and previous thoughts of suicide,” she explained.
However, she made it clear that she has been handling her business, getting help, and being “100% available and capable” as a parent to Halo. She further pointed out that DDG’s claims about her past mental health episodes were tied to their relationship drama, not her parenting. Halle added, “Had Darryl really been concerned about my parenting, he would have taken action prior to this time.”
