Dwyane Wade Says He Appreciated Mike Tyson Coming To His Family’s Defense During His Interview With Boosie

Last month Boosie joined Mike Tyson on his podcast and Mike questioned Boosie about his thoughts towards the LGBTQ community after Boosie publicly criticized Dwyane Wade’s parenting style when it came to raising his child Zaya Wade.

Now Dwyane Wade is sharing his response to the interview.

While speaking with Julissa for Central Ave, Dwyane said, “I actually talked to Mike about that. Earlier in the pandemic, we had a conversation and I appreciated it from the standpoint of Mike is someone who has never tried to be perfect. He is someone who has learned from this journey of life. He’s one of those people, he’s so smart, he’s so educated and knowledgeable about life. And for him to be able to drop that nugget on the world, to me it was great to hear him say that.”

As we previously reported, when Mike confronted Boosie about his stance on Zaya Wade and how she’s being raised, Boosie said, “I really commented on the Dwyane Wade situation because I got offended because that’s a child. That’s really why I got offended.”

Boosie originally made comments about Zaya back in February and said, “I gotta say something about this s**t, bro. Dwyane Wade, you gone too f**king far, dawg. That is a male. A 12-year-old. At 12, they don’t even know what they next meal gon’ be. They don’t have s**t figured out yet. He might meet a woman, anything, at 16 and fall in love with her. But his d**k be gone—how he gon’—like, bruh, you going too far, dawg.”
