The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest took place on March 11. And, the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has since filed charges, including first-degree murder, along with an aggravated juvenile offender sentence enhancer. Additionally, the child is currently being held at the Marvin W. Foote Youth Services Center.
