TMZ obtained court docs showing Ashley filed a lawsuit on Feb. 21, asking for sole custody of their son, R.S.C. Furthermore, she says Elon knows he’s the daddy and even acknowledged it in multiple messages, including when the baby was born. As of now, Musk hasn’t said a word about Ashley or the lawsuit.
