Emily B is opening up and getting personal with fans on World Autism Day. The reality star and entrepreneur revealed that her youngest daughter, Journey Isabella, is autistic and was born with a rare condition.

Emily B Reveals Journey’s Diagnosis On World Autism Day
Fans are sending Emily B blue hearts in honor of World Autism Day after she opened up about her daughter’s autism journey. In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Emily shared that her daughter, Journey, whom she shares with Fabolous, is autistic and nonverbal. She said she chose to keep this part of her life private, not out of shame, but because “some Journeys feel more sacred.” Emily also revealed that Journey was born with processing challenges and a very rare congenital condition called PHACE syndrome. Emily went on to explain that Journey experiences the world differently and said supporting her has reshaped how she sees motherhood. “There have been moments of fear. Moments of learning. Moments where I had to become stronger than I ever imagined. But more than anything… there has been LOVE 💙”
