Things between Marlie Ortiz and Swae Lee have been pretty hectic, and the last we heard, they called it quits on their relationship!
In a few comments regarding their recent incident where Marlie tried to bust his car windows, Swae is claiming they are exes. Well, it looks like that’s far from the truth. Text messages reveal that Marlie and Swae are clearly having some issues.
In the messages, Swae calls Marlie his “queen” and tells her that he doesn’t want to be in a relationship if its not with her. Despite everything, Marlie says they have been working on their “toxic” relationship, but he “won’t let me go”, and the feeling is mutual!
Swae feels different about the situation, though. In a series of posts, Swae denies still being in a relationship with Marlie, and even implies that she’s doing all of this for clout.
“I’m waaaaaay too cute for the drama I been SINGLE for a minute 202 I’ll clear things up. I’m just the type of n**ga that does all my romance behind the scenes not on camera…been this way for a minute,” he said. “Instagram has a weird way f fooling people. Some of the things that were publicized didn’t speak for or represent me well, but don’t worry I’ll clear things up soon… PS X CLOUT IS ONE HELL OF A DRUG.”
As we previously reported, Marlie and Swae had an incident Friday night, where she attempted to bust the windows out of his car. Although it is unclear how the argument started, Marlie was very obviously upset with Swae.
She even posted the video on her story captioned: “Somebody kill him I got $20k cash for you.”
Things got soooo messy, that Swae’s mom even got involved, responding to Marlie’s video in an attempt to protect her son.
