It appears as though Rob Kardashian’s alleged battle with depression has inundated his personal life, seeing as he gained a reported 100 pounds over the course of a year and some change. He’s been in hiding for a while, only making appearances in passing from place to place.
Remember when Rob was rushed to the hospital last year where he found out he had diabetes? Well, the young reality star and the only male heir to the Kardashian empire, has not slowed down on his poor diet. His family now fears that his actions are not setting him up for a healthy life.
Sources told B. Scott that his family was hopeful that his health scare would trigger a change, but sadly it hasn’t.
B. Scott:
“It’s so bad, Rob has to give himself insulin injections once a day … but he’s still unfazed by the scare.
Our sources say he’s still eating crap and not seriously doing anything to lose weight.
We’re told Kris and Rob’s sisters have stepped up and hired a full-time chef who specializes in diabetes diets to prepare all of his meals. They’ve also hired a nutritionist and trainer.
Problem is — Rob is halfhearted about the whole thing … not committing to the diet or exercise, and the family is worried his condition will worsen and his life will be in peril.”
Rob’s big sister, Khloé told People that he’s just lost his will, but this hasn’t stopped the family from trying to get him on the right path. All I know is that Diabetes is not something to play with and if you are showing signs of the disease, then go see your doctor! Let’s get healthier (mentally, physically and spiritually) in 2016!
