TSR Daddy Duties: Now we already know Kobe Bryant for his GOAT status in basketball, but since the untimely passing of Kobe and his daughter Gianna, there have been a lot of beautiful stories and wonderful memories shared about the legend that highlight his fatherhood.

His affection for his daughters was apparent but one story shared by ESPN reporter Elle Duncan has inspired a movement across social media.

Elle talked about how she ran into Kobe while she was pregnant and that he was excited when he learned she was having a girl. “I would have five more girls if I could. I’m a girl dad,” Elle said Kobe told her.

“I suppose the only small source of comfort for me is knowing that he died doing what he loved the most, being a dad. Being a girl dad,” and emotional Elle shared. After this story went viral, dads took to their social media accounts to share how proud they are of being a “girl dad,” too. SWIPE to see girl dads inspired by Kobe’s relationship with his daughters.
