Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather dropped by the ‘gram with an interesting message for NBA Youngboy on Saturday (Jan. 27). The boxing champ videoed stacks of cash allegedly intended for the Louisiana rapper.
Floyd Offers Youngboy Suitcases Full Of Money
After explaining the type of Rolls Royce he was riding in, Mayweather turned to the yellow band-wrapped money next to him. Exactly how much cash was inside the two Louis Vuitton cases is unclear.
“And the bag is crazy. NBA Youngboy, you see all this; it’s on its way to you. Let’s go.”
Despite his elaborate explanation of his EWB vehicle, Floyd didn’t explain why he offered Youngboy the cash. The athlete closed the comment section under the Instagram post. However, he tagged his daughter Yaya. She shares a three-year-old son with Youngboy named KJ, whose Instagram page Floyd also tagged in his caption.

NBA Youngboy Recently Shared His Stance On Fatherhood
Within two hours of posting, the post garnered over 129,000 likes. After TSR reposted Floyd’s video messages, the roommates offered their theories for the large cash offer in the comments.
bybeenmade wrote, “Its giving he asking to sign his rights over.”
iamcanithasanders added, “Basically, I’ll pay you to sign over your parental rights and stay away.”
supa_mane1000 wrote, “Translation: STAY TF AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER/GRANDSON.”
marksmybarber questioned, “Lo,l is this a threat?”
reinamorena322 praised Floyd’s support for Yaya, writing, “I love him and he still ride for his daughter through the embarrassment and that baby don’t need a thing if unbothered was a person I would flex too because.”
Meanwhile, NBA Youngboy hasn’t responded to Floyd Mayweather’s post. Recently, though, the artist told Bootleg Kev he’s “not really big on it” when asked about the importance of fatherhood to him. He clarified that while he bonds “a lot” with his children, he spends most of his time inside his home studio. Creating music, he says, keeps him “sane.”
The rapper is currently on house arrest but shares a home with his wife of one year, Jazlyn Michelle. They welcomed their second child together — and NBA Youngboy’s tenth child overall — in September 2022.
It’s unclear where his co-parenting relationship with Yaya Mayweather stands.
KJ recently celebrated his 3rd birthday on Jan. 5. Yaya shared a sweet montage of videos featuring herself, her son, and Floyd, but no Youngboy.
Meanwhile, last June, Young seemingly encouraged the sister of another boxer to do his son’s mother “the worst way.” The woman, Nicolette Gotti, called Yaya “ran through” and KJ a “circus animal.” She commented following her brother, John Gotti III’s, failed exhibition match against Floyd. Despite seemingly calling NBA Youngboy an “animal,” he egged on her threats against Floyd Mayweather’s daughter in a video.
