Fulton County Judge Denies Bond For YFN Lucci During Recent Court Appearance

Roommates, during a recent court appearance earlier today, a Fulton County judge in Atlanta officially denied bond for YFN Lucci in his ongoing racketeering case. The judge also made the firm decision to revoke any previous bonds applied to a current murder case YFN Lucci is also involved in—as a result of the ruling, he will continue to remain in jail.

Local Atlanta media outlet WSBTV, exclusively reported the news of YFN Lucci’s latest legal troubles, specifically the stern ruling Judge Thomas Cox gave him. “The defendant will remain in a no-bond status at this time. Additionally, this court revokes any bonds previously issued in this case,” Judge Cox said during his court ruling. You may recall that Lucci has a 75-page, 105-count indictment against him that could put him in jail for several years.

The bad news for Lucci didn’t stop there, as Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis confirmed that music video Lucci is featured in will formally be used as evidence against him in court. “We think it sends of very strong message to the public that no matter who you are, you have to follow the law and the rules, and you will be evaluated the same. We’re working this case so hard because, as you know, I have taken a very strong stance against gangs. It’s causing a great deal of violence in our community,” Willis said during a recent interview.

As we previously reported, YFN Lucci turned himself in early last month after being out of jail for a short time after posting bond in a separate case. Atlanta prosecutors claim that Lucci (an alleged Bloods gang member) and two friends, who are also alleged gang members, drove a Maybach SUV into rival gang territory and a deadly “gun battle” ensued, resulting in 28-year-old James Adams being fatally shot. Prosecutors also state that Adams’s body was “dumped from the Maybach” not far from the scene of the crime.

There is currently no word on his next court appearance.
