Chile! More than two years later, G Herbo is taking some accountability for why Ari Fletcher and Taina Williams beefed online over Yosohn. At the time, Yosohn told his mother that Taina had knocked him over with a pillow and didn’t help him up. As expected, Fletcher went OFF and alleged abuse using voice recordings of Yosohn. Tai-Tai denied the whole thing.
Meanwhile, Herbo kept his lips pressed together, allowing the mothers to shade each other as the internet picked sides. Now, he’s finally shared where he believes Yosohn’s pillow storytelling came from!
A few weeks ago, the gals gagged social media when they partied in a nightclub with G Herbo nearby. Soon after that link-up, Ari and Taina stepped out together again.
On Thursday (January 17), Fletcher published a cooking segment featuring Williams. In it, they hashed out plenty about the past,including the controversial pillow incident from 2022. Taina denied touching Yosohn in an abusive manner and said the whole fiasco was “crazy.” However, she gave her stepson grace, adding that he likely was missing his dad. At the time, she said Yosohn was used to going on runs with G Herbo, including studio sessions. So, to Taina, the pillow storytelling was a cop-out for Yosohn to not have to stay at home with her.
But G Herbo had a different perspective when he stepped into The Shade Room’s Instagram comment section on Thursday night. He confirmed that there was a pillow incident with Yosohn, but that it was HIM and not Taina Williams who was involved.
“I swearrrr to god I hit my son with the pillow he woke me up out the bed hit me with a pillow & ran. I hit him with the pillow as he was running, and he fell. He didnt cry or anything. He got up laughing his lil bad a**,” Herbo wrote.
He explained that he thinks the entire incident was “a mixup of what me and him did and whatever he told his mom.” G Herbo added, “…buttt in my sons defense he was only like 3 lol 3 year olds make and mix up stories all the time I love my boy but he definitely had me in some sh*tttt.”
