As for the photo, Glo was wearing a blue camoflauge jacket and a diamond necklace, and her hair styled in a wavy, black-brown bussdown. She captioned the post on X from September 21, “Goodmorning everyone.”

The user shared nothing supporting her theory, and the Memphis rapper didn’t bother to go in! Instead, she clocked the comment with a one-word clapback, writing, “Delusional.”

It wasn’t the first time this year that GloRilla addressed surgery rumors. In May, she posted a few mirror selfies on X that shook the fans online, racking up 15 million impressions.
