Speedy & GloRilla Tease A Lil’ Courtside Drama
As mentioned, GloRilla recently kicked it courtside at the McDonald’s All-American Games, and she wasn’t the only celeb on the sidelines. Speedy sat beside her; Angel Reese was beside him, and Micheal Rainey Jr. was next to the basketball star. Reese later shared a video about her sitting with her “short kings.” It’s unclear if any of them PLANNED to be at the same event.
At another point, Reese shared a video of GloRilla and Speedy Mormon and seemingly joked about them “beefing.” Speedy played into it, saying, “Relationships have ups and downs. Meanwhile, Glo accused Mormon of being a “show out” and said the streets can have Speedy.
He rejected that, saying, “Nah, ladies, I’m taken. Listen, it’s us versus the world; I ain’t, I’m not worried about nobody else.” GloRilla was in the background talking about the other fishes in the sea, chile! She also told him, “Boy, it’s me versus me.”
On X (Twitter), he kept the moment going. Whether Sppedy and GloRilla’s flirting is real is yet to be known. The internet is still holding onto the on-screen chemistry in their viral interview. A week after the interview went live, he fake-addressed the questions about them linking or hanging out. In his hilarious reply, Speedy Mormon said:

You see, cause it’s important we don’t stray cause sometimes we stray from his path, but we have to get back on it. GloRilla’s name is Gloria, and to that, I say to God be the glory. In October, GloRilla told Angel Reese on a podcast that she wasn’t flirting with Speedy in their interview. She blamed the “chemistry” on her personality type!
“I don’t know why they was saying that, I’m just bubbly,” GloRilla said at the 6:11 mark in the video below. “They’re probably gonna say that I’m flirting with you cause I really just be smiling … But I’ve been seeing that a lot, ‘Oh my god, y’all have chemistry.'” She later added that she doesn’t like “light-skinned” men even though Speedy is “a good-looking man.”
