Gypsy Rose Claps Back At Ex
Chile, Gypsy Rose is not the one to play with! The former inmate turned internet star let the clip fly in a recent TikTok Story, and baby, she had time.
Wasting no time and clearly fed up, Gypsy reportedly took direct aim at her ex-husband Ryan Anderson after he shared their alleged text messages online.
“So you want me to take my sh*t down, right? Hmm, okay, how about you quit talking about me?” she said. “It’s been three f*****g months since I texted you, and you’re spiraling out of control, so just remember, as much dirt as you have on me, I have on you, honey. You punch at me. I punch at you ten times harder. Go see a therapist.”
Gypsy also allegedly aired out his medical business by posting a GoodRx receipt that seemed to shade his use of Methadone. At one point, she claimed Ryan texted her dad, threatening legal action to get her posts taken down or he’ll sue her for a HIPAA violation.
However, as of Monday afternoon, Gypsy has apparently changed her tune. She posted an apology on her TikTok story. In the heartfelt message addressed to Ryan, it reads, “I want to offer a public apology to @TheRyanAnderson.”
She also added that they both have been in the process of healing, as she included, “I offer a hand of peace in the hopes we do better moving forward. I’m sorry.”
How Has The Pair’s Relationship Been Amid Their Divorce?
As previously covered by The Shade Room, Ryan may still be scratching his head over how fast things fell apart. The former husband of the internet-famous star opened up about the sudden breakdown of their marriage, admitting the shift caught him completely off guard.
“I’ve got some thoughts,” he shared. “Honestly, I think outside influences played a part. I’m not ready to call anyone out yet ’cause I’m still processing, but I’d go to work, and her mind would just spiral. I’m still sitting here like… how did it all unravel so fast?”
On her show, ‘Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up,’ Gypsy Rose also got real about her heartbreak and healing journey. During the Season 2 premiere, Gypsy opened up about the heavy guilt she still carries after ending their marriage and rekindling things with her former fiancé, Ken Urker. She admitted that even after the divorce papers were filed in March 2024, she’s struggled to find peace with how everything went down.
“Every time that we have talked or texted since the divorce was filed, it’s me trying to apologize for breaking his heart,” Blanchard shared during the episode. She added, “From time to time, that guilt is going to weigh on my conscience.”

While his colleague reached out to Joe Exotic of ‘Tiger King,’ Anderson penned Gypsy Rose—fresh off the buzz of her documentary ‘Mommy Dead and Dearest.’ What started as a pen pal connection quickly turned emotional, and by July 2021, the two finally met in person.
Fast forward to 2022, and the two tied the knot behind bars—yes, literally. They secured a marriage license and said “I do” in a quiet prison ceremony. But baby, this fairy tale didn’t last long. Just three months after her December 2023 release, Gypsy announced their separation, later filing for divorce in April 2024. Rumors swirled when she was spotted reconnecting with ex-fiancé Ken Urker, and Ryan admitted he was blindsided. The divorce was finalized by the end of the year.
