In a recent court filing, Halle made serious allegations against the father of her son, Halo, resulting in a restraining order. Halle Reportedly Seeks Sole Custody
According to documents obtained by People, Halle is not only seeking sole legal and physical custody of her son, but she’s also requesting that DDG be denied unsupervised visitation. Instead, she’s asking the judge to grant him supervised visits through a professional third-party company, limited to once a week for six hours, while Halo is in Los Angeles.
Adding to the list of restrictions, Halle is also requesting that DDG be prohibited from taking their son outside of L.A. County. She has reportedly asked for DDG to be barred from traveling with Halo without her permission or from filing for new passports. On the occasion that DDg is permitted to travel with Halo, Bailey reportedly requests to receive a copy of his schedule, needed contact information, and an “open airline ticket for her if Halo is not returned.”

Neither Halle nor DDG has publicly commented on the new custody filing. PEOPLE reports that a court hearing has been scheduled for June 4.

Halle’s Allegations Behind This Outcome
In her recent court filing, Halle Bailey accused DDG of emotional and verbal abuse, claiming his behavior created an unsafe environment for her and their son, Halo. The judge granted her a restraining order, requiring DDG to stay at least 100 yards away from Halle and their child. He’s also been legally ordered to stop posting or streaming anything about them on social media, which many fans believe is a direct response to his online antics and subliminal messages. After Halle’s allegations surfaced, DDG took to X Wednesday morning, posting, “i’m chillin btw.. i have no worries.”
Following the news, DDG’s family didn’t hold back. His sister, TeeTee, was spotted in a video but declined to address the situation, while his mother, Tonya-Yvette, appeared to defend her son without directly naming names.
