Iggy Azalea has left social media shocked after revealing the last time she and her son allegedly “heard from” his father, Playboi Carti.

On Tuesday, January 14, Instagram user @livebitez posted footage from what appeared to be a recent livestream that featured Azalea. In the clip, a social media user asked the mother of one to “tell Playboi Carti to drop [new music].”
In turn, Iggy Azalea shed some light and spilled some tea on their alleged relationship.
“I don’t speak to him, my love,” she said. “We haven’t heard from that man in over six months. We don’t know where he is… I have no idea have no association.”
Before concluding, Azalea made it clear that social media users would have to “tell somebody that speaks to” Carti.
“Wherever he is we don’t know or care,” she concluded.

Iggy Azalea Previously Suggested That Playboi Carti Was An Absent Parent
As The Shade Room previously reported, Azalea welcomed her baby boy, Onyx, with Playboi Carti sometime in 2020. In June of that year, the rapper took to social media to share the news.
Then, in December of that year, Azalea reportedly alleged that Carti missed their son’s birthday because he was playing video games with Lil Uzi Vert, per The Shade Room.
Additionally, she alleged that Carti cheated on her for the entirety of her pregnancy and missed their son’s first Christmas.
In July of 2024, Azalea shed more light on her relationship with Carti, stating that she’s very much “single” in her parenting duties.
