Irv Gotti‘s ex-wife and mother of his children, Debbie Lorenzo, has broken her silence following his passing on Wednesday, February 5.

Irv Gotti’s Ex-Wife, Debbie Lorenzo, Breaks Silence Following Irv Gotti’s Passing
On Thursday, February 6, Lorenzo took to Instagram to share a carousel of photos featuring her and Gotti. Furthermore, the first photo showed her cradling his face as she laughed into his cheek. Meanwhile, additional photos showed the pair alongside their children.
In addition, Lorenzo also shared a lengthy caption paying tribute to her ex-husband.
“Irv, you will be greatly missed. I can’t believe I’m saying that! 💔” she wrote. “Married, divorced, great friends, and so many life lessons—everything we’ve been through good and bad has molded me into the woman I am today! God never wastes anything; He uses everything for His ultimate glory!”
Lorezon explained that Gotti “ignited the music industry” with his “presence, vision, and talent.”
“You shattered records and did it all on your own terms. You had a truly big heart,” she added.
Before concluding, Lorenzo wrote that her ex-husband “fought long and hard.”
“…and now you’re resting. Know that we raised three beautiful, compassionate young adults, and I’m honored that God chose us to be their parents. It brought me joy to see them take such great care of you. Rest well; I love you my friend,” she concluded.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Gotti passed away in New York City. However, the cause of his passing remains unknown. On Thursday, January 6, Lorenzo and Gotti’s children, Angie, Sonny, and JJ, took to their father’s Instagram account to share an official statement regarding his passing.
Since then, each of Gotti’s children has taken to their social media accounts to share separate messages in memory of their father.
