Blue Ivy And Jay-Z Deliver Full Circle Moment
The moment went down at Hov’s JAYZ30 pop-up in NYC, where Blue Ivy and Jay-Z were seen throwing up the Roc sign in front of an Apple Music backdrop. Jay kept it laid-back in a plain white tee, dark shades, and his afro out, while Blue matched the cool factor in a gray NYC shirt, glasses, and a long, slicked-back braid with gold earrings—fans quickly pointing out just how much she’s starting to resemble her father. The simple interaction, paired with their matching energy, had many calling it a “full-circle” moment for the Roc Nation legacy.
Fans Debate Who Blue Ivy Looks Like
Folks wasted no time running straight to the What NYC Sounds Like comment section and completely lit it up with reactions. While some insisted Blue Ivy is her mother, Beyoncé’s twin, others argued she tends to resemble whoever she’s standing next to in the moment. Still, many were quick to agree that, regardless of comparisons, she’s a beautiful young girl, no matter what.

Jay-Z’s Afro Moment Goes Viral Online
Jay-Z is back in the headlines—and this time, it’s his fresh afro that has the internet talking after his latest appearance in a newly released Cécred video. On Sunday, June 21, Beyoncé’s haircare brand dropped a 7-minute visual titled ‘The Blueprint,’ where Bey herself narrates a deeply personal moment centered around Jay’s hair journey and the meaning behind it.
In the video, Beyoncé explains that Jay decided to comb out his locs as a tribute to his father and in preparation for his performance at the Roots Picnic in May. She also shared the sentimental reason he originally grew them out: it was a way to show their daughter, Blue Ivy, that her hair was just like his. The emotional footage shows Beyoncé and Blue helping Jay care for his hair before he ultimately removes his locs, revealing the afro that’s now got fans doing a double take and praising the symbolic family moment.
