Jack In The Box To Give Away Free Face Masks That Smell Like Fried Chicken

TSR Foodies: If y’all are tired of smelling your breath all day wearing them face masks (shout out to y’all for doing y’all part though), Jack In The Box has an interesting…um…solution.

Since face masks are a necessity these days, Jack In The Box has created a fried chicken scented face mask and they’ll be giving them out for free.

We all know there’s a catch however, because people will more than likely end up getting fried chicken on their brain and crave it for dinner with these masks.

According to People, Jack in the Box has created these fried chicken scented masks to promote its new plant-based offering: The Unchicken sandwich.

The mask itself is decorated with the new sandwich as well as smiley faces and the Jack in the Box logo.

So whether you want to cop this mask for the scent or the style, the free face coverings will be available on Jack in the Box’s website on October 23rd while supplies last.

Surprisingly enough, Jack in the Box is not the first food company to go into the business of face masks that smell like food.

Hormel Foods also recently unveiled its “Breathable Bacon” mask. The innovation “features the latest in pork-scented technology with a two-ply multi-fiber cloth to keep the delicious smell of bacon always wrapped around your nose and mouth,” according to Hormel Foods’ press release.

Similar to the Jack in the Box chicken mask, Hormel’s is offering the mask for free while supplies last. Fans can go to Breathablebacon.com to enter for a chance to receive a mask.

Also for each entry, Hormel will be donating one meal to Feeding America to help with hunger relief efforts, donating up to 10,000 meals.
