Jadakiss has been a hot commodity since that epic Verzuz battle between his group The Lox and Harlem’s own Dipset. After having a strong night showcasing his catalogue and jokes, Jadakiss was certainly the apple of a lot of women’s eyes as well as Tyler the Creator, apparently.
Tyler was one of the hundreds of thousands who watched the battle live and went viral for a comment he left about Jada.
“Pause i think i gotta cursh on jadakiss that n***a confidence and voice control is crazy and he aged well wheesh,” Tyler wrote.
During a recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” The Lox talked about that victorious night and Charlamagne Tha God raised the question to Jadakiss, who was seemingly amused by Tyler’s comments.
“Kiss, has Tyler the Creator reached out to you? He gave you some high praised,” Charlamagne joked.
“Tyler the Creator better chill out,” Jadakiss responded while laughing at the question before showing love to Tyler.
“I like Tyler the Creator,” Jada said. “That just means that he tapped into our frequency and he love Verzuz so I didn’t take it as disrespect. He said he had a crush on me or some s**t”
Charlamagne also explained that Tyler went back to explain his tweet, which it seemed came from a place of admiration for the veteran rapper.
“He expounded and said you care…Kiss and The Lox care about the craft of rap,” Charlamagne said.
“Yeah, he’s very talented,” Jada replied.
