And babyyy, the truth has people side-eyeing everything they thought they knew.
The girls have been whispering, speculating, and doing the most in the comments but Jania Meshell said shes done playing with yall! After nonstop rumors about who fathered her daughter Icelynn, sis finally put the speculation to rest by dropping the receipts: a paternity test confirming that her most recent ex, NBA player Dejounte Murray, is indeed the father not boxer Devin Haney, as many incorrectly assumed.
If youve been keeping up, you know Jania previously addressed the rumors and clarified that Devin was not the father. However, she and Dejounte called it quits recently, and the internet wasted no time bringing back the old Devin Haney talk. But, with the DNA results now public, Janias making it clear: theres no more room for confusion. Period.
Social media wasted no time chiming into The Shade Room’s comments section after the paternity results dropped. Some users said men stay embarrassing themselves, while others felt it was sad that Dejounte let outsiders get in his head and make him question his own child. Weeks before dropping the official DNA test, she took to her Instagram Story to shut down rumors that her ex, Devin Haney, was the father of her daughter Icelynn. The last day I saw Devin[,] Icelynn was born 2023 I didnt know you could hold a baby that long, she wrote, calling out the internets wild timeline theories. In another post, she doubled down: So when did I have time to see another ni*** when I was with the same person EVERY SINGLE DAY? Now that the paternity results are public, Janias making it known yall shouldve listened the first time.
