Democrats on the House Oversight Committee dropped a new batch of photos from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on Friday, and the internet immediately locked in. The images feature a lineup of high-profile figures — Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Steve Bannon, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, and others — all previously connected to Epstein in various ways. But the newly released photos may offer a deeper look into just how far those associations extended. Other images released show Steve Bannon snapping a mirror photo with Epstein, Bill Clinton alongside Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, and another couple, and Bill Gates appearing in a picture with the former Prince Andrew. Additional photos also feature former Harvard President Larry Summers and lawyer Alan Dershowitz. U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman became the third judge to overturn previous decisions to keep the records hidden, citing the newly passed Epstein Files Transparency Act — a law requiring the government to open its files on Epstein and his convicted associate, Ghislaine Maxwell. With public pressure mounting and bipartisan calls for transparency, Congress passed the act on Nov. 18, and President Trump signed it the next day. The Department of Justice now has until Dec. 19 to make the documents available in a searchable format.
As this was unfolding, House Democrats on the Oversight Committee released photos and videos offering a rare look inside Epstein’s private island — a location long tied to serious allegations.
