#Roommates, #JenniferHudson and her ex-husband #DavidOtunga are taking petty ex’s to a new level! After splitting up last year, the pair have both served each other with protective orders and are now in a messy custody battle over their son. The only issue is, David is now saying Jennifer violate their gag order and wants her thrown behind bars!
Catch this tea, according to @blast last month Jennifer served David with an emergency order of protection and gave an exclusive statement to #PeopleMagazine where she said her actions are “solely taken in the best interest of their son.” Well David caught wind of her statement and is now demanding the court hold Jennifer in contempt for violating their gag order.
David is claiming the release of the statement not only damages his reputation but when it was released he was being forcibly removed form their family hime IN FRONT of their son!
Apparently their court ordered agreement prohibits both parties from making comments about their son. David wants Jennifer to be held in contempt of court and sanctioned for her actions. He’s also asking to not be held to a gag order she can’t follow herself, which would mean David may have plans to spill all kinds of tea coming soon!
