Last week, the drama between #JohnnyDepp and his soon to be ex-wife #AmberHeard seemed to take a sharp left turn after a series of photos and videos surfaced of their alleged fights. Heard was also scheduled to record a deposition, but allegedly refused once she got to Depp’s lawyer’s office. Thankfully, the drama has come to an end as both parties have come to an agreement just one day before they were scheduled for a restraining order hearing.
In a joint statement, the couple told #People, “Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity.”
Things appear to be moving swiftly, seeing how Heard has already filed court documents in order to dismiss her domestic violence case against Depp. The actor, in turn, has agreed to pay her $7 million in a divorce settlement, which she will be donating to a charity.
