Joseline Hernandez Gets Real About Staying Fit & Sober
The Puerto Rican Princess has pushed through some tough times, and now she’s got plenty to celebrate. After years of struggling with alcohol and substance abuse, specifically c***aine, she told fans she’s still a work in progress. In a video she shared on social media, she said even though she’s come a long way, she still has moments when she wants to level up and get a little more strict with her diet. “Just one of these days, where I’m like… got to cut out the sugar, got cut this, got to cut this out.”
But even with all that, Joseline told fans she’s happy with her body. She shared that once you go sober after substance abuse, you still have to put in serious work to find your balance. “And I love my body, but it’s just so [difficult] after so many years of drugs. Then you go sober, then you got to find your way, cause like you never knew your real weight — it’s been, like, altered,” Joseline continued.
The singer didn’t stop there — she hopped in The Shade Room’s comment section and told fans her ‘Untold Story’ documentary is coming soon, hoping it helps folks who are also struggling with substance abuse. She also said that while she’s prioritizing her health, her main goal is to be the best person for her family.
“And Joseline Hernandez Untold Story will help others, and it’s definitely a struggle balancing after so many years of drugs and alcohol, but I’m not perfect, and I will strive to be a better person, a better mother, and a better wife,”
