Julie McKnight has seemingly reacted amid Brian McKnight‘s recent comments on their marriage and children, Brian McKnight Jr., and the late Niko McKnight.
Earlier this week, Julie McKnight took to her Instagram to share a short video clip with her followers. Furthermore, in the clip, Julie told her viewers that the “word for today is shhhh.”
Then, on Saturday, November 22, Julie returned to her Instagram with another clip and a few more words. First, she started off by saying that she’s been reading everyone’s messages.
“All of the love and prayers that you’ve been extending to myself and my family, and I just wanted to kind of put your mind at ease just a little bit,” she said. “And just remind you that a response can be in many, many, many forms. And my first priority has been, is, and will always be my children, their significant others, and my grand babies. I don’t worry about myself at all.”
As she went on, Julie explained that she “has to be very clear and very selective about how [she chooses] to present their mother and their ‘Gi-Gi.'”
“Everything doesn’t require a verbal response. And I’m fine with that,” she continued. “I believe that words are very, very powerful. I believe that words can affect people their lives. I believe that words carry so much energy. So I’m selective in how I use them. But I will tell you this: I am not just sitting and watching the flowers grow. I can assure you I can assure you that I am watching and very active. And we’re gon’ be fine…”

Social media users stepped into Julie McKnight’s comment section, weighing in with their thoughts on the ongoing conflict involving her ex-husband, Brian.
While Instagram user @michaelmahontattoo added, “No response IS a response. “Keep speaking your truth mama ”
As The Shade Room previously reported, Brian McKnight is currently suing his ex-wife Julie McKnight for apparent defamation. In October, he took to social media to allege that he won an $8.8 million judgment against her.
However, he did so on their late son Niko’s birthday, prompting a disappointed response from their elder son, Brian McKnight Jr. Additionally, it was revealed that Brian did not win a judgment against Julie. Instead, their case apparently remains pending and may proceed to a trial by jury.
Then, on November 19, an episode of Anton Daniels’ podcast was released via YouTube with Brian McKnight as a guest. During the almost two-hour-long episode, Brian alleged that he was never in love with Julie.
This, while also alleging that his sons were unmotivated and spoiled.
