Justin Bieber Reportedly Studying To Become A Minister At His Church

It’s already been established that 2020 was just full of curveballs and left turns so here’s just one more for you. Justin Bieber is reportedly studying to be a full-fledged minister at his church.

The news may not come as much of a surprise being that the Biebs has been vocal about his faith and has also been a devoted member of the Hillsong Church, where he is reportedly studying to become a minister, according to an OK Magazine report.

Justin Bieber has long credited the church for saving him from his “dark” period of drugs, public meltdowns and arrests. “Justin has never felt happier or healthier, and he says he owes it to the church,” a source told OK, adding that Justin and wife Hailey Baldwin have also received religious marital counseling from Pastor Judah Smith of the megachurch.

With Hillsong Church under fire following its scandal with its former Pastor Carl Lentz, “Justin believes he can take a leadership position in restoring order,” the source said.

Justin Bieber is reportedly an active member in his church’s community. Aside from attending services, he has also joined the church’s choir to perform several Gospel songs and even performed Marvin Sapp’s “Never Would Have Made It” at one of Kanye West’s Sunday service concerts,

But just to be clear, the source said this doesn’t mean an end to Justin’s music career, “But he feels there’s a bigger calling out there for him,” says the source. “He wants to be a full-fledged minister next year.”

Justin isn’t shy about speaking on his spirituality. I wouldn’t consider myself religious,” Justin said during a 2019 interview with “Vogue.” “That confuses a lot of people because they’re like, Well, you go to church. I believe in the story of Jesus — that’s the simplicity of what I believe.”
