Roommates, K. Michelle is not known for biting her tongueand she just proved it once again with her opinion on the current slate of R&B music. Taking to social media, she posted comments that seem to have many divided.
Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star and singer K. Michelle shared her opinion of whats going on in the world of R&B musicand lets just say shes not a fanat all. While this is not the first time that she has made her opinions known on the issue, this is definitely the most blatant criticism she has ever expressed about it.
K. Michelle posted the following message on Twitter:
Up early listening to new R&B artist and this is the best way to fall asleep, this s**t has no soul and it boring. It plays like one big lullaby. Im so confused by it. There are some really good singles I hear though, but the albums lack hard work and more like the less the better Im guessing.
She continued, adding:
I grew up to Mary J making you believe you not gone cry. I felt her pain in every way. Thats soulllllllll music baby. I gotta feel you through my THC high. That lady saved me so many times through songs. Thats how I desire to heal people and its hard 2do that whispering. When I sing I want you to feel every break in my heart. At the end of that song you should know me better. Thats music my loves.
The online response to K. Michelles tweets has been split down the middle, with half of people agreeing with her and the other half believing shes too hard on current R&B.
