A few days ago Blac Chyna’s lawyer was on social media talking about how Chyna scored a major victory against the Kardashians in court. Lisa Bloom might not want to get comfortable just yet because the Kardashians lawyer claims that it’s not true.
Lisa released a lengthy statement on Wednesday saying that “the court REJECTED the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit.”
She said that they struck portions of six paragraphs out of a 317 paragraph complaint.
Shawn Holley, the Kardashian’s lawyer, spoke with the Blast and said, “The Bloom Firm’s press release is not an accurate statement of what happened in court.”
She continued, “In fact, the Kardashians have successfully chipped away at Ms. White’s outlandish claims since her lawsuit was filed, culminating in [Wednesday]’s hearing — a hearing at which the Court invited counsel for the Kardashians to seek attorney fees against the Bloom Firm for their failure to support Ms. White’s spurious allegations with actual evidence.”
It’s not clear yet who’s got the upper hand but Chyna will have her day in court against Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner next month.
Blac Chyna alleges that the Kardashian’s slut shamed her, and plotted to end her show, “Rob and Chyna,” by making her miss out on big potential checks.
