Recently news broke that Karrueche Tran has filed a restraining order against Chris Brown, and now it looks like she will be heading back to court to have that restraining order turned permanent.
According to TMZ, Karrueche will reportedly appear in court on Thursday. Sources revealed that Karrueche has been trying to serve Chris with the temporary restraining order that she got last month, but he has avoided the service the last three times.
In the documents she claims that he allegedly threatened to shoot her, and also told her friends “if he couldn’t have her no one else could.” In the documents she also claimed that he has physically abused her in the past.
Last week one of her friends also got a restraining order against Chris.
Nonetheless Chris has seemed unbothered by the situation and has implied that these claims are not true. She is reportedly ready to prove that he is a threat and give him the ultimatum to stay away from her for three years or go to jail.
Sources revealed to TMZ that Karrueche is preparing her case for a permanent restraining order, and she is not afraid to stand and swear under oath.
