Well thats likely because he was arrested by Port of Portland police.
According to Multnomah County Sheriffs records, Katt was booked for misdemeanor assault today and his bail has been set at $2,500. The details on what Katt exactly did to get arrested are slim, but @tmz_tv reports that Katt may be sent to Atlanta.
Katt was supposed to be part of Nick Cannons Wild N Out Live concert at the Moda Center Friday night in Portland.
As of Saturday afternoon, Katt was still in jail, according to online inmate records.
