Kim Kardashian Files Legal Documents Stating She Does Not Want To Reconcile With Kanye West

While Kanye West has been making very public efforts to repair his relationship with Kim Kardashian, it doesn’t look like she’s ready to give their union another chance. Kim recently filed documents requesting her marital status legally be changed back to single, and new documents suggest the West’s marital issues are too heavy to keep their relationship afloat.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, Kim stated that she is not making an efforts toward reconciling with Ye at this time, noting “irreconcilable differences” that “caused [their] marriage to irretrievably break down.”

Kim also stated that she’s been trying to end their marriage since February, but Kanye is not with it at all.

“I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021. I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcation and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request.”

She also added the following, “[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted.”

Kanye has been adamant about keeping his family together and is not afraid to let it be known that he does not want to lose his wife. During an interview with Drink Champs, Ye said he wants to be with Kim, despite the fact that the media wants them to be apart.

He also made a public gesture during his performance at the L.A. Memorial Coliesum last week, where asked him to run back to him in a remixed version of ‘Runaway.’
