Kirk Frost and Rasheeda are continuing to ignore the internet’s long memory! While some are determined not to let Kirk live down his past, he and his wife of 25 years appeared giddy in a recent video. While chatting with fans, they also showed some love to the haters.
Roommates, Kirk went IN a lil’ bit! He reminded the single folks that they should be the last ones at the mic, chile! A clip reposted by The Shade Room starts with him saying:
“We love y’all thanks for the support. Even the haters who helped us get in the position to be here, you know. The hate definitely fuels the fire. I just want to be like listen man, find time to enjoy your life. Because if you sitting at home still like I told yo a** a while ago, you’re miserable cause you’re at home by yourself.”
Rasheeda then turned the camera toward herself, mocking people who call her and Kirk “miserable.”
Ahead of their 25th anniversary last year, Rasheeda and Kirk spoke to TSR on the VMAs red carpet and spilled their marriage secret. He emphasized teamwork during trying times, saying, “You gotta have a friendship, and you gotta understand everything ain’t gonna be perfect.” Meanwhile, Rah listed communication and mutual understanding as solutions.
Earlier this year, Kirk and Rasheeda showed each other major public love on their birthdays. In January, she praised her life with him and his “big giving heart.” A few months later, in May, Kirk Frost returned the energy for his wife’s birthday, calling her his “soulmate.” He added, “Let’s continue to live our dreams.”
A few months ago, in April, the couple turned heads when they shared spicy comments about another long-term relationship. While interviewing on Carlos King’s show, Frost implied that Yandy Smith and Mendeecees are unmarried and in an open relationship. The internet streets went WILD over Kirk and Rasheeda’s comments, given their sticky history with other women, like his mistress-turned-coparent Jasmin Bleu, coming in between their relationship.
“If yall got an open relationship, just say it. Instead of us thinking you cheating, cause hes really not cheating if its not what we think. Im not disrepecting Mendeecees cause I f**k with him. No I really do. If its something different, just say that, Kirk Frost said, doubling down that its something Yandy and Mendeecees arent telling the world,” he said.
