It looks like Brittany Renner isn’t seeking any closure in the wake of her alleged divorce from Kevin Gates. As we previously reported, the former couple called it quits just 52 days after being married, and now it seems Renner is already stepping into a brand-new chapter. The reality star has the internet buzzing yet again after debuting a fresh new look and dropping a message that has raised some eyebrows.
On Wednesday, June 18, Brittany Renner popped out on Instagram with a whole new vibe. She revealed a fresh look after wearing a hijab throughout her spiritual Islamic journey. The video shows Brittany Renner fluffing her natural curls with blonde ends after covering them publicly for months. She hopped on her IG Stories too, letting folks know she’s been natural for a minute now, she just had her hair tucked under a hijab with straight-back cornrows. But it wasn’t just her hair that had folks talking.. her caption had people squinting and side eyeing, trying to figure out who or what she might’ve been speaking on.
“I dont have blind loyalty to any person, place, or thing. I also dont need excuses to do what I want to do because I accept whatever comes behind my decisions. Its still Alhamdulillah for everything! Hope this helps ” Renner wrote.
Alongside her caption, Brittany also dropped some more words her video, making it real clear that she’s content with who she is. writing, “I’m not interested in shrinking myself to fit in anywhere.”

Brittany Renner is no stranger to a viral moment. Earlier this month, she dropped a bomb, confirming that her marriage to Kevin Gates ended after 52 days. During an interview with Real 92.3 LA, she said they tied the knot on April 6, but ended up calling it quits on May 28. Renner also explained that in Islam, there’s a 90-day waiting period post-divorce to see if you’re pregnant, as the husband would be responsible.
As for what’s next for Brittany, she stated that she’s on a full reset, so “no dating, no drama.” Additionally, she noted that she’s “focusing on pouring into herself” during this time.
