Kordell Stewart is about to teach Andre Caldwell aka Mr. “I Am Delivert” a very expensive lesson after Caldwell lied about having relations with the former football player!
Kordell has filed a lawsuit against Andre Caldwell in his home state of Georgia according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for defamation!
The lawsuit reportedly claims that Mr. Stewart has been heterosexual at all times of his life and hadn’t had any kind of extramarital relationship with Mr. Caldwell. After the news broke that Caldwell was saying he and Kordell were in a relationship, Caldwell later took back his statement and apologized to Kordell for the made up claims saying it would never happen again. Unfortunately, even after the statement was retracted, Kordell says he still wants payback because he is still living with Caldwell’s slanderous words.
Kordell alleges that Caldwell not only made up the story but also feels that he did so in an effort to make a story line for the internet sensation as he started a new role on the show “The Gospel Truth.”
The amount of money in the lawsuit has not been specified but Stewart is seeking payment for a loss of earnings, emotional distress and impairment to his reputation, according to AJC.
