Kyle Massey Facing Felony Charge For Allegedly Sending Pornographic Content To A 13-Year-Old Girl

Whew! Y’all remember Kyle Massey from ‘That’s So Raven’? The star who played Corey Baxter on the show has been fighting a case since 2019 and it looks like he’s now facing a felony charge for it!

As we previously reported, Kyle Massey was being sued by a 13-year-old girl back in 2019, who alleged she received a sexually explicit video and photos from him. According to TMZ, Kyle has been charged with one felony count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes in relation to the lawsuit.

If y’all recall, the young girl filed a lawsuit against Kyle for $1.5 million for allegedly sending “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images, and videos” on Snapchat. Kyle denied the allegations, claiming he was being extorted.

TMZ reports the young lady’s legal team initially filed the civil suit, but decided to file a report with the Sheriff’s Office after her lawyers reportedly concluded Kyle didn’t have enough money to settle the case. Police reportedly began investigating the case in early 2022.

Kyle allegedly met the girl backing 2009 at Universal City when she was just four years old. According to legal documents, police received a thumb drive from the girl’s mother which contained the explicit content Kyle allegedly sent when the girl was 13. According to police, the recordings include a pornographic video clip and a video of a man exposing his penis, which authorities believe is Kyle Massey.

Kyle was reportedly scheduled to appear for his arraignment in King County Criminal Court on Monday but did not show up.
