Roommates, parents often have a hard time with their children growing up—and that also includes LaLa Anthony, who recently revealed a decision about her 14-year-old son Kiyan. Taking to social media, LaLa Anthony admitted that she finally gave in and decided to let Kiyan have an Instagram account and that she is “terrified” at the thought of it.
In a lengthy and heartfelt post on Instagram, LaLa wrote the following:
“Okkk….so it took him turning 14 yrs old for me to finally give in and let him get an Instagram 😩😱😩if I had it my way he would NEVER get one!! I know other moms out there can relate. Let him tell it he has basketball videos he needs to promote 🤷🏽♀️He’s asked me 100 times a day for years 😂😂😂so here it is. My baby boy is officially on the gram🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️his page is @kiyananthony keep an eye out for him. I’m watching his page like a hawk 😂🦅😂 🦅”

She followed that statement up by exclusively stepping into The Shade Room and commenting, “I’m terrified ya’ll!!”
It didn’t take long for Kiyan’s Instagram page to rack up tons of new followers in a matter of minutes—something that LaLa is surely going to have to learn to accept, now that he is IG official.
It seems like just yesterday LaLa was pregnant with Kiyan and now he is officially a teenager. Time truly flies!
