Although Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are exes, Lamar has made it very clear that he is #TeamKoko. After it was revealed that Tristan fathered another child with another woman while in a relationship with Khloe, Lamar is sending her nothing but love.
In a recent video, TMZ caught up with Lamar out in Atlanta, and they asked him a few things about his ex-wife. When asked if he’s reached out to Khloe, Lamar said, “Nah I haven’t been fortunate enough to reach out to her. It’s too bad, but she’s going to be alright. She’s a strong girl.”
Lamar then proceeded to explain what he would say to Khloe if he were to see her. He said he would start things off with a hug because he hasn’t seen her in a while. Lamar continued to say that he would tell her, “Just to be strong, keep her faith in God, and to be strong for her daughter.”
Now when it came to whether he had any words of encouragement from Tristan Thompson, Lamar said, “Nah dude is corny for that, it’s all good.”
He then said just to be in Khloe’s presence would be a blessing.
As previously reported, last week, Tristan issued a public apology to Khloe after a paternity test confirmed that he is in fact the father of Maralee Nichols’ newborn baby boy. Meaning that he did conceive his latest child while still in a relationship with Khloe.
In his apology, which was shared to his Instagram Story, Tristan said, “Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
He continued, “Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so sorry.”
