Through an emotional Instagram Live, LaTocha Scott apologized to her sister and Xscape groupmate, Tamika Scott.
Specifically, LaTocha’s apology dealt with allegations that she and her husband—Rocky Bivens—stole $30K in royalties from Tamika, which recently surfaced during an episode of Bravo’s SWV & Xscape: Queens of R&B.
Additionally, in a YouTube video titled “Tamika Scott of Xscape Drops Receipts,” Tamika went IN and shared her evidence while calling on LaTocha to “go somewhere and repent and ask God to forgive you and your husband.”
Now, LaTocha—who initially sought an apology from her sister—is coming through and saying she wants to make things right.
LaTocha Says She & Tamika ‘Need To Sit Down As Sisters’
During her IG Live, LaTocha tearfully acknowledged that she’s “reaching out” to try and make things right with Tamika. She also outright denied stealing her sister’s money.
“For me and my sister, we gon’ get it together. I’m reaching out. I don’t have the answers. I found out about a $30,000 allegation when I watched TV with y’all. Did I take my sister’s money? I did not.”
LaTocha went on to say that she needs “clarity” on the matter before noting that they have to “sit down as sisters” and not let the drama play out online, as “it’s not good.”
“We need to sit down as sisters and not go through this on social media. Like, on social media, it’s not good. We need to sit down and figure out what this is ’cause we can get through anything, but we have to communicate…I’ve been convicted of being a thief, and I don’t even know what you’re talking about.”
Although she was still expressing her confusion over the matter, LaTocha nonetheless apologized to her sister.
“I apologize to you, Tamika, if I didn’t hear you. If I didn’t hear your voice. I’m sorry.”

LaTocha Scott Says She & Rocky Bivens Are In An Open Relationship
While on the subject of LaTocha’s recent IG Live, it’s worth noting that she also revealed that she and her husband—who was recently accused of fathering a child with another woman—are in “an open relationship.”
“I am very much aware of the allegations happening against him…
Some people keep the fact that they have an open relationship quiet. They want to keep it private, but we have that. And for us to be judged or whatever by the things that people are saying, y’all keep judging, y’all keep living. Y’all got marriages. Everybody ain’t gonna always be true. Things happen.”
She went on to reiterate that she “know[s] everything” people are saying about her union before repeating, “We do have an open relationship.”
“Y’all think I don’t know–I know everything. Everything. I’m not oblivious to things. My husband and I, what y’all don’t understand is that we do have an open relationship.”
She also denied that Rocky had ever abused her in any way. Additionally, LaTocha acknowledged how she’s “not at peace right now before touching on how difficult it was to handle all the backlash against her.
“Y’all don’t know what it feels like for people to continue to come against you and attack you every day. And for what reason?”
