The Father-Son Duo Acknowledged The USC News On Instagram: “So D*mn Proud”

Over the weekend, Bronny shared the news through an Instagram post.

Beneath two images of Bronny reppin’ the Los Angeles institution, he straightforwardly wrote, “Fight On #committed.”

Around that time, LeBron uploaded the same photos and some extras and praised his son in the caption.

“FIGHT ON!!! So damn proud of you kid! I have no words besides I LOVE YOU @bronny!!! LET’S GO!!!!!!!! #GoTrojans.”

While on the subject, we should acknowledge some of the other top-tier institutions the soon-to-be freshman was interested in.

According to the Los Angeles Times, his top three schools were USC, Ohio State, and the University of Oregon. The publication also points out that LeBron’s “favorite” of these three choices was Ohio State—which makes sense, as the 38-year-old basketball legend hails from Akron, Ohio.

Bronny Has Been KILLIN’ It!

Committing to USC is Bronny’s latest accomplishment, though the list goes on!

This news came on the heels of Bronny signing noteworthy NIL deals with Beats by Dre and Nike.

Of course, his family has been cheering him on along the way, and LeBron has spoken highly of his son’s abilities. In fact, LeBron previously proclaimed, “My last year [in the NBA] will be played with my son.”

He also added that he “would do whatever it takes” to play alongside his son, noting, “Wherever Bronny is at, that’s where I’ll be… It’s not about the money at that point.”

Congratulations to Bronny, and we wish him well on his college basketball journey!
