About two weeks after blasting each other online, Leena Sayed and Devin Haney have taken their co-parenting woes to the courthouse. Court documents first reported by TMZ indicate that Leena filed a domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) against the champion boxer. She called him out for piercing their months-old daughter’s ears and other alleged incidents of DV. He has not publicly reacted to the DVRO request, but a judge has!

Leena Sayed Says Devin Haney Was Abusive During Pregnancy
Leena Sayed reportedly filed her DVRO request last week, claiming Devin Haney has been abusive for the previous year and a half, including during her pregnancy. The social media influencer revealed that they met in 2023, and about a year later, in February 2024, the abuse started. At that time, Leena says Devin punched her in the stomach and booted her from his home.
Months later, in December, Sayed claims Haney put his hands on her while she was pregnant with their daughter Khrome Iman. The DVRO request is quoted as saying, Devin Haney “pushed [Leena Sayed] while [she] was nine months pregnant, causing [her] to fall on [her] tailbone.” She said the incident happened because she wouldn’t give him her phone.
It’s worth noting that in December 2024, a video surfaced of Leena visiting Young Thug in jail. In the viral clip, Leena seemingly tries to convince Thugger that she doesn’t like anyone else, telling him, “I love you.” Sayed also sobbed in the video and confessed that she didn’t “want to be a burden.” The internet was relentless behind it, and when Leena finally spoke on it — two days before Christmas — she said, “I would never talk to Thug or any other man.”
Again, TSR cannot confirm if the Thugger video sparked the phone incident listed in the DVRO. About the confrontation, Sayed wrote: “After I fell…he grabbed my phone and threw it on the floor and shattered it.” Their daughter Khrome was born the following month, per a social media post Leena shared.
Leena Alleges She’s Scared For Her Life & Daughter
TMZ also reports that Leena Sayed’s court filing says she’s “afraid” for her “life, health, and safety.” She submitted a screenshot of Devin allegedly warning her to stop messaging him and that she’d be “handled in the streets.” When she asked for clarification, she says he said “U WILL SEE.”
Aside from herself, Leena Sayed claims Devin Haney is a danger to their daughter. She cited an alleged instance where Devin pierced their daughter’s ears when she was eight weeks old. The court doc reportedly states, “This is not an isolated event of the danger he places our daughter in without concern.” Furthermore, she alleges the boxer has gotten physically violent on multiple occasions.
“Devin has hurt me in the past by punching me, pushing me while pregnant, threatening me, and arguing with me in the presence of our daughter,” Sayed reportedly stated. “I am concerned about his behavior and worried that he will act upon his threat to me stating ‘U will see.’ For the foregoing reasons, I am requesting a DVRO protecting myself and my daughter, seeking sole legal and physical custody.”
Judge Reportedly Grants TRO
According to an update from TMZ on June 30, a judge reportedly granted Leena a temporary restraining order. They both have to appear in court on July 22 in connection with the TRO. In the meantime, Haney will not be allowed to visit Khrome “until further order of the court.”
Just two weeks ago, Haney went off on his ex-girlfriend, accusing her of using their daughter to manipulate him financially. “Stop using kids to control men…Or as a come up. The kids don’t deserve that,” he wrote on IG Stories after Leena shared a nameless post about living like your kids don’t exist. He also clapped back at the deadbeat narrative.
“I never acted like my kid don’t exist.. I fight to see my baby! My child’s mother won’t let me see my baby unless I threaten to cut her money off & I’m tired of having to pay to see my child every time,” Devin wrote.
After he went off, Leena revealed the alleged physical abuse and accused him of double-piercing their daughter’s ears — two on each ear for a total of four. The same allegations she dropped on social media, Sayed seemingly included in her TRO request.
Leena Sayed and Devin Haney have not yet released public statements about the TRO or the judge’s decision.
