Roommates, Lionel Richie is one of music’s greatest legends and one of the biggest-selling artists of all-time and he keeps a relatively low profile when it comes to his personal life…but that just changed. Apparently, social media just got wind of Lionel Richie’s 30-year-old girlfriend, which doesn’t seem like that big of a deal—except that Lionel himself is 71.
One thing about social media, it will find away to dig up receipts regardless of how big, small or out of the blue. Lionel Richie is the latest celebrity to find this out, as social media recently just discovered that Lionel’s girlfriend, Lisa Parigi, is apparently 30 years old. While the 40-year age gap is definitely the stuff that headlines are made of, the two are certainly of the age of two consenting adults.
It appears that Lionel and Lisa started dated back in 2014, according to past Instagram posts she made. Why social media just now found out about the relationship enough to have it trending for several hours, is a question that needs an answer.
Meanwhile, you may recall that when Lionel Richie’s daughter, Sofia Richie was dating Scott Disick, he was very vocal about how he did not approve of the relationship. You’ll remember that at the time of their relationship, Sofia was 19 and Scott was 35.
