It looks like the tension between Lira Galore and her baby daddy Pierre “Pee” Thomas continue to elevate as they battle it out in court over their current paternity case.
According to court documents obtained by Bossip, Lira is asking the judge to fine him thousands of dollars and throw him in jail for allegedly violating their court orders. She is claiming that he has posted private information online, leaked damaging data to third parties, and refuses to provide information about the entire state of his finances.
Lira reportedly provided an example of his violations, which included him reportedly commenting publicly on Instagram in response to reports from last week, which alleged that he has been sending child support monthly, however, he has not seen their baby girl in 10 months. She claims that his comment was made to embarrass and humiliate her.
In her court papers, it continued to state that Pee is a stranger to their daughter. Lira lives out of state and cannot just bring their daughter to see him, and she reportedly suggested having twice daily FaceTime chats with their daughter Khaleesi, so she could get to know him. However, she claims that her suggestion was ignored.
Lira claims that he violated the orders 11 times, so she wants him to be fined $1,000 for each violation, which would reportedly leave him vulnerable to incarceration, according to the court documents.
Bossip also reports that Lira “doubled down on her request for an upward deviation from state child support guidelines and cites case law that states children should have the same standard of living in both parent’s homes.”
Last week, Pee questioned Lira’s child support requests, claiming that she is asking for too much money for their daughter.
