Attorney Ben Crump has revealed that the Mississippi state autopsy shows no signs of water in Nolan Wells‘ throat or lungs and has detailed the findings from his cell phone.

Ben Crump Details Findings From Nolan Wells’ Cellphone
According to News Nation, Ben Crump held a press conference with the legal team representing Nolan Wells’ family. Furthermore, the conference opened with Crump detailing the cellphone data his team extracted. Crump explained that the last text sent by Nolan Wells was on the evening of July 3. The text was reportedly sent to his aunt and read, “Thank you.”
Per Crump, this text was not unusual. This, because the teen mostly communicated on his phone by sending messages on Snapchat, as noted per the Wells family.
Furthermore, forensics expert Andrew Garrett, hired by the Crump team, explained that over 300 snaps were retrieved from Wells’ phone. The snaps were reportedly shared among him and his friends, and the data reportedly took over 30 hours to complete. To note, the team shared that the process could have broken the teen’s phone if it had been stopped in order to turn the phone over to the District Attorney.
During the press conference, a video was played showing the phone’s movements on July 4 and the Snapchat messages that had been sent. The video appeared to indicate that Wells’ phone had stayed on the boat all day and had traveled back to land with the group of teens.
Furthermore, Garrett ultimately revealed that Snapchat data appeared to have been deleted from Wells’ phone before his family retrieved it.
